Upon receipt, the customer is obliged to inspect the products to confirm the absence of defects. Should defects be present, the customer is entitled to refuse acceptance of the item and return it to the distributor, or otherwise report the defects within ten (10) calendar days from the receipt of the item. If this period expires, all related rights are forfeited, and the defect is deemed to have occurred after delivery. THE COMPANY is obliged to promptly replace this item with another.
Additionally, you may return any product free of charge and receive a refund if the return is due to a company error (the refund can be issued as a credit note or a monetary refund). The refund policy does not apply to products on offer.
Product returns must be handled by a courier company with which we cooperate and delivered to our central offices. We reserve the right to refuse returns sent via postal service. The product remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
Our company is entitled to accept product returns only within the aforementioned period, provided there is no damage and the return is accompanied by the purchase receipt.
To return your order, you must first know the order number and select either return or exchange. We cannot process this without these details, so please ensure you have completed and included in your package the “return form” which you can find here.
In the event of product returns, and provided they have been previously received and inspected by THE COMPANY, the item will be replaced. Otherwise, if the customer does not wish for a replacement, a refund will be issued to the customer using the same method of payment as the original purchase. Specifically, in the case of a credit card charge, THE COMPANY will be obliged to inform the issuing Bank of the transaction cancellation, and the bank will subsequently take all actions stipulated by the agreement it has concluded with the customer.
The return of the product and the refund of its price will be processed within fourteen (14) business days at the latest.

Ensure you use a postal service that insures the value of the returned products and always obtain proof of shipment.
Any customs duties are charged upon the order’s arrival in the country and must be paid by the recipient. As policies and customs charges vary significantly from country to country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information. When customs charges are applicable, they may affect the delivery time of your package.
Please note that in the event of a national holiday in your country, deliveries may not occur. In this case, please expect your order to arrive on the next business day.
