Refillable dispensers: What changes in practice
Refillable dispensers use larger containers for products such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand wash and body lotion, which are refilled when needed.
Compared with individual packaging, they reduce the number of small containers that need replacing and change how housekeeping manages toiletries.

In refillable systems, the refill process is a key part of how they work properly.
